At TOV Furniture, we want you to love your stylish new pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original packaging. Please note that return shipping fees and a restocking fee will apply to all eligible furniture returns.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal or contact our customer care team within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Item
Carefully disassemble your furniture if necessary and repack it securely in its original box with all protective padding and hardware included.
Schedule Pickup or Drop-off
Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a shipping label or coordinate a carrier pickup for larger freight items at your convenience.
Refund Processing
After our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus the applicable shipping and restocking costs.
